Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Times
LeanVita ships worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 10–15 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 10–15 business days
- Canada: 10–15 business days
- Europe: 10–15 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods. LeanVita is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party carriers.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. Please allow 3–5 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. LeanVita has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or Stolen Packages
LeanVita is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or carrier first. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@mynura.shop and we will do our best to assist.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. LeanVita is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at contact@mynura.shop — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
